The reason why it becomes like this is the lower jaws rotate upwards with the temporal bone being unbalanced. Due to the temporal bone being unbalanced, the bone rotates to the left and makes the lower jaw rotate backward.
As we can tell by the image below, the more the lower jaw goes back, the head comes forward and becomes a straight neck.
In a state of a straight neck, blood circulation to the brain does not occur as often, and it gives the power to pull the brainstem down.
Then the condyle will be absorbed.
